How we handle the details you share while planning a private Morocco journey.
When you contact Travel Within Morocco, request a quote, join a WhatsApp conversation or submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred travel dates, group size, route ideas and message details.
We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, approximate location, device information and pages visited so the website can work securely and reliably.
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, prepare private trip proposals, confirm availability, coordinate requested services and improve the website experience.
We do not sell personal information. We only share details with trusted local partners when it is needed to arrange the service you requested, such as transport, accommodation, guides or activities.
We use a first-party cookie called twm_visitor to recognize returning browsers and count website visitors. The cookie contains a random identifier, lasts up to one year and is renewed when you visit. It is not linked to your name or inquiry details.
Our visitor counter stores the anonymous identifier, approximate country, first and latest visit times and a page-view count. It does not store your IP address or precise location. Country information comes from our hosting provider's network-location headers and may reflect a VPN or proxy. Clearing the cookie or using another browser can cause another visitor to be counted.
Only authorized website staff can view visitor statistics. You can prevent this cookie from being saved through your browser settings.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand public-page visits, referral sources, approximate locations, browsers and device types. Vercel provides aggregated traffic statistics without analytics cookies or cross-site tracking identifiers.
We exclude dashboard, login and API pages from Vercel Analytics and remove query strings and fragments from its page URLs before sending analytics events. We do not send inquiry form contents to Vercel Analytics. Our separate visitor counter uses the cookie described above.
We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags. It connects your browser to Google to load our tag configuration. The information collected and any cookies used by those tags depend on the services enabled in our published configuration.
Our website does not explicitly add inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or trip notes to Tag Manager's data layer. Tags managed through Google Tag Manager operate separately from Vercel Analytics.
Choosing French activates Google Translate and a googtrans language-preference cookie. The translation service connects to Google and is subject to Google's privacy terms. Choosing English clears this language preference.
Authorized staff use Supabase authentication cookies to sign in to the dashboard. These cookies maintain account sessions and are separate from website traffic statistics.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or a website form, your conversation may be stored so we can follow up and keep a clear record of your request.
WhatsApp, email providers and other communication services process your messages under their own privacy terms.
We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as needed for planning, customer support, accounting, legal or operational purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
