Preparing your journey

How cancellations, date changes and refund requests are handled for private Morocco trips.
You can ask questions, adjust your route and review your proposal before confirming. A trip is not confirmed until payment terms and confirmation details have been agreed in writing.
Availability and prices can change until reservations are secured.
Your proposal or booking confirmation will state the deposit, balance payment timing and any supplier-specific conditions.
Deposits may be used to secure guides, transport, accommodation, camps or activities. Some reservations become non-refundable once confirmed with suppliers.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, supplier terms and any costs already committed for your trip.
No-shows, late arrivals or unused services during the trip are usually non-refundable.
We will try to help with date changes, group-size changes or itinerary adjustments when availability allows.
Changes may affect price and may create additional supplier charges, especially for hotels, desert camps, guides, transport or peak-season travel.
Morocco travel can be affected by weather, mountain roads, desert conditions, local events or safety restrictions. If a change is needed, we will look for a practical alternative.
Refunds may not be available for events outside our control, but we will always try to find the fairest workable solution.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical needs, missed flights, delayed baggage, trip interruption and emergency assistance.
Insurance should be arranged before travel and should match your route and activities.
We may be able to adjust dates, route or services before a full cancellation is needed.
